A perfect pour, with a rich head of foam, is essential to enjoy the beer as it was intended. The foam caps the beer’s carbonation, yielding a smoother, cleaner taste.
- With bottled beer, put the neck of the bottle over the edge of a cool, wet glass, tilting the bottle at 45 degrees.

- Pour the remainder of the beer straight in, leaving just enough space for the foam to rise to the lip of the glass.
